These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and win45 (hereinafter referred to as "win45", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). win45 operates an internationally licensed online gaming platform accessible at win45.ws, offering sports betting, live casino, slot games, arcade games, and related gaming services to eligible users.

By accessing win45.ws, creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the win45 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the win45 platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with win45's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence.

To register and maintain an account on win45, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. win45 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all account types and all gaming products available on the platform. Users aged below 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing any bets on win45.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to verify your legal standing before registering.
• You must be a natural person registering on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, accounts registered on behalf of third parties, and shared accounts are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended win45 account. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of associated balances.
• You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process. win45 reserves the right to verify all information submitted and to request supporting documentation at any stage.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by applicable law, where win45 is unable to lawfully offer its services.

During registration, you are required to provide: a valid full name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, email address, and phone number. You agree to keep all registration information current and accurate. Any changes to your personal details must be reported to win45 support promptly. win45 is not liable for any losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your win45 account credentials, including your username and password. win45 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available to all registered users from the account security settings panel. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified win45 of an unauthorised access event.

win45 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) and identity verification process in compliance with its international gaming licence requirements. As part of this process, win45 may request at any time:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months, showing your name and residential address in Pakistan.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account registered under your verified name).
• Source of funds documentation where transactions exceed certain thresholds as determined by win45's internal compliance procedures.

win45 may suspend deposits, withdrawals, or full account access pending completion of verification. win45 operates as a Pakistani Rupee (PKR) native platform. All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated and processed in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees applied when transacting through supported Pakistani payment methods.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on win45:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section at the time of transaction. These may vary by payment method.
• Deposit ownership: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and will be reversed.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Processing times vary by method but win45 targets completion within 24–72 hours of an approved withdrawal request.

All sports bets, casino wagers, slot spins, and arcade game sessions placed on win45 are governed by the specific product rules applicable to that game or market, in addition to these general Terms. Product-specific rules are displayed within each game or betting market on the platform.

The following general rules apply across all win45 gaming products:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only considered accepted and binding once win45 has issued a confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets not confirmed in this manner are not valid.
• Odds and prices: win45 reserves the right to correct obvious errors in published odds, prices, or game outcomes resulting from technical errors or human entry mistakes. In such cases, bets may be voided at win45's discretion.
• Void bets: win45 may void a bet where an event is cancelled, abandoned, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or where an obvious pricing error has occurred. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance in full.
• Results and settlement: Sporting events are settled based on the official result issued by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for Pakistan cricket, PSL administration for PSL fixtures). In cases of dispute, win45's decision on the applicable result is final.
• In-play betting: In-play markets may be suspended at any time without notice. Bets placed immediately before an in-play suspension may be voided if it is determined that the suspension was triggered by a relevant event affecting the market outcome.
• Maximum wins: win45 reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits on individual bets or cumulative winnings across a betting event. These limits are communicated in the relevant market rules on the platform.

For live casino games and slots, the outcome of each game round is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by win45's game suppliers. win45 does not manipulate game outcomes. Malfunction of any game software voids all plays and pays for that round.

win45 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific bonus terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In all cases, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered accounts only. win45 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotional offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and time limits applicable to a specific bonus are stated in the individual bonus terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been met.
• win45 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to an account, the specific terms under which it was issued will continue to apply until the bonus expires or is forfeited.
• Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, multi-accounting to claim the same offer, or placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements with the primary intent of withdrawing bonus funds — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.

Users of the win45 platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Breach of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to applicable authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or verification; impersonating another person; using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live casino games, poker, or any game type where collusion is possible, with the intent to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering: Using win45's cashier for the purpose of depositing, wagering, and withdrawing funds as a means of laundering money or concealing the source of funds. win45 maintains an active anti-money laundering programme and will report suspected cases to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Bonus abuse: Any systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including multi-accounting, syndicate bonus harvesting, or low-risk hedging specifically designed to extract bonus value.
• Technical exploitation: Using software, scripts, bots, automated betting systems, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage on the platform; exploiting software bugs or errors.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for legitimate win45 deposits. Players who initiate chargebacks will have their accounts suspended and the disputed amounts recovered.
• Underage access: Attempting to access win45 if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by minors.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the win45 platform solely for the purpose of personal entertainment gaming in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publishing any win45 content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software forming part of the win45 platform.
• Using win45's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any form without explicit written permission.
• Commercially exploiting any win45 content or data in any manner.

Any unauthorised use of win45 intellectual property will result in immediate account closure and may give rise to legal proceedings. win45 will enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, win45, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the win45 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical failures, system errors, or interruptions in service.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Loss or corruption of account data arising from circumstances beyond win45's reasonable control.
• Gambling losses incurred through normal platform use.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

win45's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

win45 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. win45 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

win45 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time and without prior notice where:

• There is a suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities as outlined in Section 7 of this Agreement.
• The account holder fails to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitate account closure.
• win45 determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or win45's regulatory standing.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding balance may be forfeited at win45's discretion, subject to the findings of any applicable investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as at the user's own request or due to a regulatory change — any verified remaining balance will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method following completion of all applicable checks.

Users may close their own win45 account at any time by submitting a written request to the support team via live chat. win45 will process voluntary account closure requests within 5 business days.

win45 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, win45 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users — for example, by displaying a prominent notice on the platform upon login or by sending a notification to the registered email address on file.

The effective date of the most current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the win45 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure.

win45 recommends bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically, particularly before making significant deposits or engaging in new platform features. The current version of these Terms is always the binding version.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulatory frameworks applicable to win45's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Players access win45 on the understanding that it is their responsibility to comply with the laws of their own jurisdiction of residence.

In the event of a dispute between a player and win45, the following resolution procedure applies:

1. Step 1 – Direct Resolution: The player must first submit a formal complaint to the win45 support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. win45 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 7 business days.

3. Step 3 – Regulatory Referral: If the dispute cannot be resolved through the above steps, players may refer the matter to the applicable regulatory body under which win45 holds its gaming licence, in accordance with that body's dispute resolution procedures.

Players agree that they will not pursue litigation against win45 without first completing the dispute resolution steps outlined above. win45's decisions on sports betting results, game outcomes, and bonus eligibility are final and not subject to further internal appeal once the above process has been completed.
